Mindful Self-Inquiry Group in Boulder: An 8-Week Journey of Mindfulness, Self-Discovery, and Authentic Connection
Are you looking for a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and deepen your understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns?
Thrive Psychotherapeutic Services is pleased to offer the Mindful Self-Inquiry Group, an 8-week mindfulness-based support group in Boulder designed to help participants cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and authentic connection. Facilitated by mindfulness-trained therapists, this group combines contemplative practices with compassionate community support to create a space for meaningful personal growth.
What Is Mindful Self-Inquiry?
Self-inquiry is the practice of turning inward with curiosity rather than judgment. Instead of trying to “fix” ourselves, self-inquiry invites us to explore our inner world with openness and compassion.
Through mindfulness, guided reflection, and group discussion, participants learn how to:
Regulate stress and anxiety
Increase emotional awareness
Connect more deeply with the body
Understand recurring patterns and behaviors
Cultivate self-compassion
Strengthen authentic relationships
Develop tools for navigating life’s challenges
This group is appropriate for adults seeking greater self-understanding, emotional well-being, mindfulness skills, and meaningful connection with others.

Nervous System Regulation
Learn evidence-based mindfulness and body-based practices that help calm the nervous system and build resilience during periods of stress, overwhelm, or uncertainty.
