Healing, Your Way

We Accept Insurance — Here’s What You Need to Know

Thrive is in-network with most major insurance plans, and we’re happy to bill your insurance directly for sessions. Before your first appointment, our team will verify your coverage and let you know what to expect in terms of copays, deductibles, or coinsurance.

We’ll do our best to give you a clear picture of your benefits, but please remember, you are ultimately responsible for any portion your insurance does not cover. Keeping your insurance information up to date in our system helps avoid billing delays or unexpected charges.

Even with insurance, you may still be responsible for part of the cost. For example:

  • If you have a deductible, you may owe the full session fee until it’s met.

  • If your plan includes coinsurance, you’ll pay a percentage of the allowed amount.

  • If you have a copay, that fixed amount is due at each session.

Need help understanding your benefits? Just reach out, we’re here to guide you.

Billing Transparency & Good Faith Estimates

At Thrive, we’re committed to billing transparency. In accordance with Colorado law and the No Surprises Act, all clients receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) outlining expected therapy costs based on your therapist’s rate and session frequency. Most therapists charge $150 per session, with some offering specialized services at $175–$200. For example, one session per week at $150 totals $1,950 over 3 months. These estimates are reviewed with you in writing and reflect the rates listed on our website. While not a contract, they offer clarity and we’re always happy to discuss sliding scale options, frequency, or reimbursement support.
