Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate | Tricultural Somatic Therapist

Anna Radkowska (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. She supports clients navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and mind–body concerns with a compassionate, embodied, and creative approach to healing.

Born in Poland and raised between Poland and Germany, Anna brings a rich multicultural perspective to the therapy space. Over the past decade, she has supported individuals from diverse backgrounds—as a social worker and certified Dance/Movement Therapist in Germany, and as a clinical mental health and somatic counselor in Colorado. Her work is grounded in inclusivity, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s story.

Anna earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Concentration in Somatic Counseling and Body Psychotherapy from Naropa University in Colorado and holds a B.A. in Social Work from Germany. She is trained in EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and Somatic Experiencing®, and weaves together attachment theory, mindfulness, somatic and neuroscience-informed practices, expressive arts, and psychodynamic approaches to help clients access deeper healing. Her style is relational, warm, and nonjudgmental—helping clients reconnect with their creativity, inner strength, and a deeper sense of wholeness. Her multicultural and social justice lens honors the complexity of each client’s identity and lived experience, and she works from a trauma-informed foundation grounded in safety, compassion, and the body’s natural resilience.

Fluent in Polish, German, and English, Anna offers therapy both in person and via telehealth.
