Kyle Micera (he/him) is a graduate-level intern therapist in Boulder, CO, completing his M.A. in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University. He offers presence-based, compassionate therapy for individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions.

Kyle creates a safe, grounded space where all parts of you are welcome. His work blends mindfulness, somatic awareness, and curiosity to help clients reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and build deeper self-trust.

He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Loyola University of New Orleans and has experience supporting youth and adults through trauma, neurodiversity, and housing insecurity. His past work with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless deepened his trauma-informed and social justice lens.

Kyle’s integrative approach includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, Gestalt, and mindfulness-based techniques. His therapy style encourages insight, emotional clarity, and meaningful change.

He offers in-person therapy in Boulder and telehealth across Colorado under the supervision of licensed clinicians at Thrive Psychotherapy.
