Anna Jaffe (she/her) provides trauma-informed, relational therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, grief, identity exploration, attachment wounds, and significant life transitions. Anna brings a grounded, developmentally attuned presence to her work. She believes effective therapy is both clinically informed and deeply human, balancing structure with warmth, insight with compassion. Her approach is collaborative and holistic, honoring the mind-body connection while supporting practical, meaningful change.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate and Community Relations and Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Her professional background includes residential treatment settings supporting high-intensity clients impacted by addiction and involvement in the sex trafficking system, work with parents and family units, early childhood education, juvenile justice involvement, and crisis support services. She has also completed specialized coursework in grief counseling and brings thoughtful, steady support to clients navigating loss and bereavement.

Anna integrates mindfulness-based counseling, somatic awareness, Gestalt principles, trauma-informed care, inner child work, and transpersonal perspectives. Her clinical work focuses on building emotional regulation, strengthening self-trust, and helping clients feel more anchored in their relationships and sense of identity.
