Gentle Guide, Holder of Depth, Companion in Becoming Whole

Aaron Grobler (he/him) is a Boulder-based therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) who offers warm, contemplative therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. He specializes in supporting those who feel deeply, think differently, or carry pain they’ve had to hold alone for too long.

Aaron’s style is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, inviting curiosity and gentleness into the therapy space. He draws from parts work, mindfulness-based therapy, Buddhist psychology, and holistic healing practices, including his background in Reiki and meditation. His approach supports healing on emotional, cognitive, physical, and energetic levels—helping clients reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.

With a Master’s in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology from Naropa University, Aaron approaches therapy as a path of reconnection: to self, to purpose, and to the parts of us that long to be seen and understood. He welcomes people from all walks of life—queer and straight, neurodivergent and neurotypical, and couples of all kinds—into a space where healing and wholeness can unfold.

Aaron offers therapy in-person in Boulder and online throughout Colorado.
