Olivia Sophie Franzen
MA, LMT
Mindfulness-based therapist, nervous system guide, and companion for deep self-discovery
Olivia Sophie Franzen (she/her) is a graduate-level intern therapist in Boulder, CO, completing her M.A. in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University. She offers experiential, body-aware therapy for adults navigating anxiety, grief, shame, chronic illness, fatigue, nervous system dysregulation, and major life transitions.
Olivia creates a warm, reflective therapy space where clients are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion. Her work focuses on helping individuals build emotional regulation, self-awareness, and self-trust while developing a more grounded relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences.
With more than a decade of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Olivia brings a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to her clinical work. She also holds a Master’s degree in Eastern Wisdom Traditions with a focus on Buddhism, which informs her calm, present-centered, and holistic therapeutic approach.
Her integrative style draws from mindfulness-based counseling, somatic therapy, polyvagal-informed nervous system work, attachment-based therapy, relational psychotherapy, person-centered counseling, and transpersonal perspectives. Olivia’s approach is especially supportive for clients seeking deeper healing through embodiment, self-exploration, and nervous system regulation.
Olivia offers in-person therapy in Boulder and online therapy throughout Colorado under the supervision of licensed clinicians at Thrive Psychotherapy.
